hoping to clear some things up about this review, since what you're claiming here doesn't add up with what you told us in our previous conversation.
Originally, you claimed that your son had purchased a shirt without your permission and were asking for a refund three days after receiving your shirt.
Order confirmation and progress update emails were sent to you before your order shipped. Had you reached out to us when you received those emails, on any of the days prior to your order being shipped, a solution could have been found for you.
Customer service was very empathetic about your situation and apologized repeatedly about the inconvenience in response to your emails.
If you're going to leave a review, we would appreciate that it matched the events that transpired, rather than an entirely different scenario.

Hello, I live about as far east as you can get in Canada on the North East Avalon of Newfoundland and I received my hoodie in just over a week, which is fast for here. Hoodie is nice material and fits very comfortably. Will be buying more merch. Thanks 💯 satisfied
I gave that t-shirt to my husband and he just loves it. It fits him really well (and he is a big guy), he loves the fabric and of course, the saying on the front. I purchased the sweatshirt version for my sister in law for Christmas as she is a transplanted Canadian living in the States so it's always good to remind folks who they are dealing with (lol). I am very happy with my purchases and the recipients are very happy as well. Because of that, I purchased the other "Canadian As Fuck (sorry)" t-shirt for my husband as well since that was the one he originally wanted and I goofed on my order. That one is going to be a surprise for Christmas.

Recently bought a hoodie for my husband and I - I am very impressed with the quality of the hoodie! Its not just some crappy generic Gildan hoodie with a screenprint.
The material is soft (inside and out), it fits true to size, and doesn't give that spongebob squarepants fit that so many hoodies give.
Fantastic product - will be ordering more for friends and family. Keep it up!
My trucker hat finally arrived and it was well worth the wait. The quality of the product is great and the logo is fantastic. Can’t wait to wear it to watch my local ice hockey team and see the reactions. I love how it feels wearing it both conventionally and, in my favourite style, backwards.
