Originally, you claimed that your son had purchased a shirt without your permission and were asking for a refund three days after receiving your shirt.
Order confirmation and progress update emails were sent to you before your order shipped. Had you reached out to us when you received those emails, on any of the days prior to your order being shipped, a solution could have been found for you.
Customer service was very empathetic about your situation and apologized repeatedly about the inconvenience in response to your emails.
